Chunky chicken thigh with crispy bacon in a creamy spinach & mushroom sauce, flavoured with garlic, herbs & truffle oil,  all encased in golden flaky pastry  (pastry needs cooking )
Chicken thigh, bacon, mushroom, onion, butter, flour, milk, garlic, white wine, truffle oil,  vegetable stock,  leek, celery, spinach, herbs, 
egg, salt & pepper. Flaky pastry.

Cooking Instructions:
This pastry in this product is uncooked. We recommend placing the container in the fridge for 8-10 hours or overnight to thaw before cooking so that the filling can heat through properly and avoid the pastry over-cooking..   

Oven: Remove the lid and cook uncovered at 180C for 25 – 40 mins on fanbake until golden brown. Placing the tinfoil container on a metal oven tray before putting in the oven will assist in cooking the pastry on bottom of the pie. Test with a knife into the centre to ensure the filling is properly hot before serving, and return to the oven loosely covered with tinfoil if further heating is required to avoid over-browning the pastry.
