A sweet pastry tart, with a delicious rich frangipane filling and tangy raspberries
20 cms | Serves 8-12
Ingredients: Sweet shortcrust pastry - butter, sugar, eggs, ground almonds, rice flour, vanilla, almond essence, raspberries, cornflour, sliced almonds
Heating Instructions: This tart can be eaten cold, but is best served just warm from the oven.
Remove tart from packaging while still frozen, transferring onto an ovenproof plate. Defrost in the fridge for 6 - 8 hours before heating.
Oven: Warm at 180C for 10 mins.
Dust lightly with icing sugar and serve warm with vanilla bean ice cream, yoghurt or freshly whipped cream
